The Expert Adviser
I am an experienced former Head of Finance and Resources who has led the finance function of several small & medium sized companies and charities. I have a proven ability to start up and develop financial systems and to ensure the smooth running and effective reporting of any financial function.
I have a hands-on people centred approach with a passion for costing, management accounting and systems. My desire is to enable you to save time, make things work better, and use my knowledge and ideas to contribute to your organisation.
Skills
Knowledge of accounting procedures.
Preparation of monthly management and annual statutory accounts.
Detailed but accessible presentation of financial information for internal and external requirements.
Extensive experience in the use of ICT systems including Sage and Microsoft Excel
An ability to introduce and develop systems both manual and computerised which are simple, will improve performance, efficiency and give quality information.
